Z Puppets is delighted to return to the Minnesota State Fair, this year presenting Laugh Labs! Giggle, Guffaw and Ha Ha Ha with the artists of the Kid City project. Explore what makes you chuckle and help these laughter researchers as they seek for the secret of silliness.
