Current Partnerships

Z Puppets partners in collaboration with many different types of organizations, from schools to nonprofits to cities to small and mid-sized businesses. Our belief is that strong projects come to life when two or more partners work together. Take a look at some of our current partnerships below for exciting examples:

Moreland Arts & Health Sciences Magnet School

In 2025, Z Puppets is beginning its 14th year bringing Monkey Mind Pirates to Moreland. Kindergarten and Special Education classes are discovering their own Islands of Calm as they meet the Monkey Mind Pirates characters and learn the songs. Using basic yoga and mindfulness techniques, students learn to regulate their bodies and minds through the playful context of a story.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State ArtsBoard, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
